Before confirming the upgrade you will be asked to choose whether to retain data and programs, only data, or nothing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After installing the upgrade, you can use <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nirsoft.net\/utils\/produkey_setup.exe\">ProduKey&#x2b07;\ufe0e<\/a>, a tool from\u00a0<a href=\"http: \/\/ www. nirsoft.net\/\">Nirsoft<\/a> to get the serial number that Microsoft associated with your copy of Windows 10.
